When you really need a quick meat injection, nothing satisfies more than an Up Nort’ Pole. It’s science fact: you can taste the Northwoods in every bite.

Up Nort’ Poles were created and sold at Underground Butcher, with proceeds going to Luke House, a community meal program serving the greater Madison area.

In an homage to Pink Floyd, a floating pig of smoke hangs in the air above an innocent looking cabin, hinting at the meat-smoking happening inside. Eat up!
